Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Dustin learned the value of hard work and mentorship from his father, who taught him everything from welding to advanced math. After 24 years in his family’s business, he transitioned into finance—an industry where his analytical skills and people-first mindset found their perfect fit. Today, Dustin lives in Sarasota, Florida, with his wife, Kristin, whom he met during the pandemic and calls his soulmate. Together, they balance life between Florida and Kentucky, raising two sons: Jake, who works in the family businesses, and Skye, a high school student and chess prodigy on the autism spectrum. Beyond finance, Dustin is an active entrepreneur with ventures in hospitality and healthcare, including investments in a premium medical cannabis dispensary in Louisville and an upscale Tampa nightclub. He and Kristin volunteer with Samaritan’s Purse, supporting disaster relief and families in crisis. Whether in business, family, or philanthropy, Dustin’s motivation remains constant—to build meaningful impact and help others achieve their own version of success.
